    which makes sense for independence otherwise everyone would have to use google chrome or not clear their cookies.
    but you are right, checking the analytics help file can always help.

    I've started to intensely dislike Chrome, mostly for it's dodgy handling of Javascript.

    Google Chrome is a good research engine and the Google Analystics uses cookies to describe user session. And it uses cookies in order to provide meaningful reports about your site visitors.
