It's been a well known fact in the SEO community that Google likes to gather data on its users. What has been little known is the full extent of this data collecting. Applications like Gmail and Google Desktop collects trend data and reports it back to Google, this is one of the many reasons the search engine is the best. We can see Google putting this information to good use with QDF (among other things), so with this existing data collecting we are left to assume that Google Chrome should be no different. The SEO benefits of using Chrome might be by suggesting that your website visitors to download Chrome and BOOKMARK your site. Any thoughts from my fellow SEO experts?
I totally agree, I see SERP rankings go higher for my keywords when I add Google products on my site, like google Friend connect, Google feedburner link, adsense, and should be no different for other products, I also have Google search as my website search box. the more google products the visitors use, the higher your SERP. So I will start to use Chrome as well and tell others too..
