I live in the Netherlands and i would like to offer my customers google checkout. Unfortunately google checkout is only availible if you live in the UK or US. Does anyone know when i can offer google checkout? have they announced plans for expanding their service to other countrys?
They've said from the start that there were planning on expanding to everywhere, but the service has been very slow to take off. There's been several people including myself that think they are gearing towards shutting it down or just riding it out as is. If they do continue to expand, I think that they would most likely move into Australia and Canada, first. Netherlands and other western european countries would probably be in the group shortly behind. However, I wouldn't count on it happening any time soon. Hmm Google checkout is still expanding their network across the world. Not sure when they will be able to offer the services across the world.
