Google Checkout - Advisable?

Ok, I have a website which basically gives people information about the business I run. However, there is a 'Starting Up' page which enables people to purchase the starting up kit. Currently, they leave their details and I call them to close the deal/order.

Now, I've been looking at the Google Checkout, primarily because I see that if you use it, you can have the Google Checkout Icon displayed with your Adwords listing on Google - surely, a CTR increase me thinks, as none of my other competitors use it.

Do you feel it's worth signing up for this, even though the amount of actual online orders made will be very low compared to offline? There's only one thing that can be purchased on my site, it's in no way a shopping site or anything like that. I'm just thinking if it would be worth it, to give people an extra option of purchasing online and the added benefit of having my Adwords more visible.

Your thoughts? Any down sides to this?
