google charge me $78.52 for using free $55 adwords voucher.

Last few days google charge my credit card $78.52 for the adwords campaign. the funny thing is i signup using the $55 free coupon link and i have deleted my account after I reach $40. I also set my daily budget to $45 for that day (I closed my account after 1 day signup). Anyone encounter this when you signup using the yahoo small business promotion link?

 

This a lag from when you stop running ads and they stop displaying.

Did you actually shut the campaigns off or just close the account down. Sounds to me like they ran more ads for you beyond the voucher amount.

 

I'm sure the ads didn't run after I closed my account because I do search for my ads and found nothing just after i close it.

 

Go back into your account and see what you can find. You will see exactly why they want money.

 

So pretty much you're just trying to get away with free promotion huh and not really want to use their service?

Did they show you the $50 just when you signed up or only after you completed all billing information?
