I believe as of this weekend google significantly changed its search algorithms. My sites used to get a good amount of traffic from google and now its all gone.. Anybody noticed anything similar ??
No they didn't just your site moved, it happens all the time which is why you need lots of content and not rely upon one page to get all the traffic for your site. Pages of websites always move up and down or maybe you have a new competitor that has tried and succeed to beat you in your niche. You can't blame your failure to generate traffic on Google, it's not an excuse. So instead of posting here spread links about your site and use your time wisely.
how did you know that google changed they algorithm? just because of your site traffic down. It's not a valid reason. I think google spam your sites for while And nobody know that how google algorithm work.
if google really can spam sites then wat is the best way to get back to normal and any suggestion???????
I don't think you understand? Google changed the way results appear from what people search so it's about tuning your site to get the best out of the new algorithm.
You can use the Alex tool, Use for the displaying the amount of traffic of user which are coming over website.
Your right bro. I checked all my website that i'm owner. Search down a lot and page rank down so fast. I read some tips from webpronew and they told me google changing for better site search. And seem backlinks is not important now for google pagerank, i think they are using website speed and content for google page rank.
It's over a week now. Are you still not getting traffic or everything is okay now? Happens all the time on a site or two
Your site may have been sandboxed, or you may have relied extensively on only one source or a couple of sources for links; if the pr of your link sources went down then that may have something to do with it.
Assuming you did not get sandboxed by Google for bad behavior, meaning you no longer appear ANYWHERE in google rankings (and may not every again), then it sounds like an algorithm change simple affected your rankings and thus your traffic ratio. Google is a Mistress you dance with... only She leads and you follow! She tells you how this dance is danced, and you move accordingly. If you depended on only one technique to get a good ranking, or only a few web pages, you were very likely impacted by any algorithm change (and will continue to be so). Infact, even letting your content get stale (not adding hot fresh content regularly) can be another ding in google's opinion of you.
Check if any of your competitors are coming above you in google search results and try optimizing your meta tags and content to your keywords.
I just noticed a marked increase in my traffic over the last week - basically my traffic has doubled for new content, but has dropped off for older content. overall im getting slightly more traffic than I was before which is ok for now =)
