Google Certificate Error

    uhh... I'm not sure if its noly me, but when I went to gmail.com, IE is telling me that gmail's certificate is not valid.. I'm not sure if I should login.... but i checked the web address, uses different browser and still the same.. gmail hacked?

    I had that problem several days ago. I waited and a couple of hours later, it went away. You can examine the certificate, it's for Google, just maybe a slightly different web address so it comes up with an error.

    I always get this when I try to log into adsense without the trailing www syntax, nothing to worry about.

    We have the same problem for our admin pages for one of our websites. When we login it gives us this warning because the admin domain name is not the same as the domain the certificate was issued to. As far as I know it should still protect the information.

    I suggest you do not worry about it. I think it is perfectly ok to login and ignore the message. Incase you want to solve this problem, I suggest you contact Gmail support

    uuhh i figured it out.

    I recently reset my BIOS setting (taking out the battery and moving the pins), doin so changed my clock back to 2004. I updated my clock and everything is ok now... =P

    I am also getting the same error and site was not opening in ie. I am using IE7 and Bitdefender firewall. From that time onwards I am using firefox to check gmail and adsense

    Well i had a similar experience a few years back .I discovered the issue after 3 days you were quick :D
