Register with Webmaster tools and Google analytics. Try it for yourself: Banned check Write to Google and try to find out. Just my 2 cents though
Prepare a robots.txt file and place this on root location. If you have submitted xml sitemap and configured G Web tool then try to do some social bookmarking for this page. It should work for quick indexing.

have you created xml- sitemap for your website , if not then create and submit it via webmaster tool and keep doing link building , you will get the result.
For one, the amount of times that the phrase "2010" is used on that home page is unbelievable. Google is most likely seeing it as spam. I would tone down the use of that keyword. With that many keywords on that main page, you are going to most likely suffer at the search engines. Sucks becuase it is a hard keyword to use any other way too.
If you have any other web page which is indexed , i would suggest you to add the link for your new webpage to that site. It will surely help you

it gives me a 404 error..................................if there is not a problem of 404 then use some boomarking ..................blog commenting...............and your website will get index soon
