your second link has a spelling mistake like "cancelled" so the correct url is : http://www.po2upload.com but I think google might have cancelled your account because of the first website which is an autosurf program which is not allowed by adsense, because it generates page impressions that are useless because people click just because they have to, not because of some interesting content.
whats there email address? i also had another site which was a forum. i think that might of been the problem. i installed a mod and it added another set of google ads on it.
