Maybe you should of read up on the Adsense ToS, With all the big money you was making they would check your account/sites to see if its 100% within the Adsense ToS. But if you read the Adsense ToS you will find out that placing Adsense on video sites using YouTube videos is breaking Adsense ToS , you are not allowed to profit from YouTube videos i.e making a site soley for Videos using embeded YouTube videos as you have no rights to make profit from the videos , inless you are the sole owner of that video. support.google.com/adsense/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1706015 Content requirements Publishers can only use AdSense for video and games, and DoubleClick Ad Exchange for video with content that adheres to the AdSense program policies and the DoubleClick Ad Exchange programpolicies. Publishers are responsible for ensuring that pages embedding their player/game are compliant with AdSense program policies. If publishers cannot guarantee this, we recommend that they don’t request ads on those sites. Content and sites displaying Google ads should exclude all of the following: Pornographic, adult, or mature content. Content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others. Violence, racial intolerance, or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization. Copyrighted content, unless given the necessary legal rights to display that content. Please see our DMCA policy for more information. Content descriptions and metadata High quality and accurate metadata or a description URL must be provided and maintained for all content monetized through Google IMA. All parameters passed to Google at the time of the ad request must be accurate. More info YouTube Rules YouTube only allows that for non-commercial purposes. As long as you don't put ads on your site or earn money from your site, then it is okay to only have embedded videos. Once you put ads on your site, it's considered "a commercial use", which YouTube does not allow when you've only got a video (or videos) on the page with your ads. It's written in their terms of service. If you violate YouTube terms of service, Adsense certainly isn't going to approve your site. Out of all the posts in this thread , why dos no onenot post why he got banned, most of you must of known why he was banned.
Sorry Guys, As a matter of fact the google is not a foolish team, they working on actual basis and the reality, and they are not working in dreams, they believe the truthness. Now come to the last portion of your comments. Please note it down for making further comments, i.e. as per their email dated ..... in which they clearly mentioned that " the amount will be returned back to the original one to avoid their losses." So my dear there is no question to go this amount in the pocket of google. Kindly do not make wrong move and do not create bad image of Google.
Did anyone in this webmaster forum got refund from google adwords program by any chance? I have never seen such a topic or thread in here where they mention that they got back there money by any chance. Who will return the money when its in there pocket?
Well, come on man! Your first check was $100 and then your second check was $16,000. What did you think was going to occur. Going from that quantity to this large quantity increases a fairly big red banner. If I possessed adsense I might have looking into what's going on there as well.
if you earn more then 1000$ a month so Google will start monitor your account and if they got any violation so they simply blocked account
Unless you are a big known brand, you never know what will happen with your account next morning if you are an Adsense publisher.
My client has also just lost his google adsense account and google didnt want to pay his last check. And they have no support. Even we know they can afford a customer service, they just dont want to hire one.
in my case,.. if you have your payment, is simple go to Western union and you get your money. not like OP say, all earning take back by google cause you use deposite check.
It seem the problem Google has is the spirit of the arrangement. If the sites have high ranking and low traffic they may think their rules are being manipulated. As it was stated this much money is a huge red flag. I'm sure OP will be back in good standing as he seems to be creative enough to navigate the new rules.
Why struck with Adsense? Try out other alternatives, I know they might not pay you a lot but they are good. Try Media.net and integrate others.
