Google can crawl link of Del.icio.us?

    Hi all,

    You all are aware about del.icio.us that using nofollow tag. Today when i show my google webmaster tool at that time i found the link of del.icio.us in my backlinks.

    so what do u think about this issue? why google crawl the link of del.icio.us having nofollow tag in it.

    I think that Google can still crawl these links, but no PR is passed on through them.

    you're completely right.
    nofollow is purely used for non passing PR.
    If you don't want google to index, you will have to use the robots.txt technique.

    google webmaster tools - showing all links to your site and its no matter, are they "nofollowed" or not.
    "no follow" - it mean "no follow", but not "no index"

    This is very good piece of information actually. I have always known it doesn't count as a backlink.
