Just noticed that the Google cache of my blog is dated 11th Febuary.

So any content i put on my site appears in SERPS after more than 5 days.

Same for MSN and i suppose also Yahoo.

Is there a way to make Google and other search engines crawl daily since i add new content daily?

Besides Google Sitemap because i cannot upload the sitemap.

    Thanks in advance

If google finds fresh content each time it visits your website then it will increase the frequency at which it visits the site.

If it starts to notice the content has not been changed then it will decrease the frequency it crawls the site.

Google is trying to get a happy balance between using up server resource and making sure its cache is up to date.

Google's cache is not accurate these days anyway. They are rotating so much of what they display and cache results have been spotty at best. Plus, just because they are showing a cache date that is 5 days old does not mean that they will be visiting your site every 5 days. If you have a blog (like you do) and you ping certain ping services, Gbot will visit right away.
