If a new website canceled hosting and never did any of the nonarchive meta tags before canceling hosting, the website is on the first page of google.

How long will it take for the cached copy to be removed?

It say's Ooops this link appears to be broken. View google cache.

    Thanks

    I don't know

my guess would be it will be up until the next time Google spiders the web,
though you maybe lucky and that site has been put on the way back machine

It depends on the speed of google's crawler. It will be removed once google tried to reindex your cache, but nothing is there.

How long will removals last? For six months, once processed — and regardless of whatever you do on your web site during that time, unless you specifically ask for reinclusion.

Google index will depend on your site. Google decides whether your site would crawl more frequently or less frequently. Google cache will depend on index frequency.
