    Hmm...I see no logic behind this and no wonder if they would want to cache their own pages for not that frequent, but your website is a different case. Is your website update regularly? like daily. If you have a regular update pattern then Googlebots would come to crawl and cache your website in a same pattern as well.

    Well, that scenario didn't mean you got better site than Google.

    All you can do it to take advantage of daily caching of your site, make more contents for Google to index so you got bigger possibilities to rank on many terms.
