google cache showing someone else's site?

I was looking at a site (not mine, but links to mine) and looking at the cache of it to see whats going on and its showing a completely different domain.

The site shows up fine when i load in a browser.

Is it possible this site is
    a) cheating somehow and googlebot is showing the redirect that normal people dont see
    or
    b) google cache is f'd up?

I dont want to post the domain here but if anyone is experienced in this could PM it to you.

It seems they are using cloacking to cheat Google,
can you give the keyword so we can see Google results to make sure it's cloacking or an expired domain like Husam mention ??

If you post the URL of the cached domain, someone might actually be able to provide some insight.

It's usually a cloaking technique in order to fake their pr.
