Google Cache Question

    My website is having a terrible time with recaching I was wondering if anyone can help me get it to cache again.

    Ok I was told it was something called IP Shifting im unsure what to do heh.

    there are two think that you can do.

    get more and more backlinks as much as you can do and wait.

    google will refresh the cache

    Keep on building more links to your website and you the bot will visit your sites more then will refresh the cache.
