    Hi

I'm very curious about google's cache. How often does google caches the pages of websites. I mean I know that googlebot visitis my web but the cache of it still remains the same. example is this here . It's already a weak or more that google cache remains the same - watch here.

what do you think about it. What should I do so that google will cache my website more often.

    thanks

Google won't update it's cache when it visits unless the page has changed. Google is bright enough to work out if the page has actually changed or not.

if you have got a lot of backlink and you site update frequently. google chaced your site every 2 - 5 days. My forums sites cached ever 2 days. Dont forget make quality content and build baklicks. :)

    Thanks guys, but..

Well, actually I update my website's content pretty often and if you look at the google's cache which I provided and the actually content of the website, you'll see that they are different and even more I changed the content as I said more then a weak ago.
about backlinks - I have some really quality backlinks and build even more, but it doesn't help.

As I think backlinks don't have nothing with google's cache as my website is visited by bots every day.

Still looking to find why google caches some sites once a day and some sites once in a weak or two. This is actually very strange as I mentioned about bots visited the same number of times.

    Any more thoughts :D ??

Do check your Google sitemap account (if you have one) and see if the bots actually visit your site everyday.

The frequency whereby Google bots visit your site is based on your page importance (PR) and content freshness. The higher your PR and intense regular updating, the more frequent the bots will visit your site :)

Gulliver: Man - it's cache not backup of your site. It doesn't need to be updated every time you change someting and one week for google is NOTHING. Sometimes you have to wait a month (or even longer) to see changes. Just wait...

I don't want to back up my site.

I don't know want your site to be cached by google, but I really want google to cache my site daily....

Why, because I add content pretty often, and I want google to cache it, so and I'll get better resulst in SERPs.

a month is tooooooooo long for me man!!

    good luck
