Here is a question that is puzzling me. If I have a link on a website that is not getting cached by google yet google has indexed the site and continues to crawl it, will my site still get pr benifit from that site. The links are direct link and do not have any no follow tags or anything, but the owner has chosen to not allow google to cache the site.

I just want to know if you will get pr benifit even though the site is not getting cached.

I believe the answer is yes; the fact that the owner prefers that the SE's do not cache the page usually has no bearing on indexing and following links.

have a look at other sites that site links to and see if google has counted them as links or not.
