    Hi all webmasters,

I have one site call example.com.au and example.com.au/index.php

Both are same and has contain same home page all time. They both have PR 1 and working fine. But i have find one funny thing that example.com.au hasn't cached yet while example.com.au/index.php has been cached.

Can you explain me how it happens and why it happens.. Both have same pr, same page though one is cached and one is not..

First this is not supposed to be there am i right?

They do canonicalisation steps to get this kind of dual URL's merged as one.

Why don't you get that done? any specific reason?

Are you sure your Australian website is not indexed or its just not climbing the rankings?

    Anyways,

If possible host your website in target countries... That will surely boost your rankings.

Other things that you need to do...
    - Set your preferred geographic location in Google webmaster tools
    - Submit your website to local search engines
    - Submit your website to local directories
    - Get backlinks from target countries
    - Participate in online communities that are active in respective countries.
