what does it mean when in Google cach I see url different from the url in the address bar?

It means the PR is fake, they have redirected Google to another page.

Yep, it's what Googlebot is shown when it visit's that site.

 

example change you website template and than just go and check for cached page of its url before re indexing , you will find last template you was using in past in goggle cache . Like this it display data of that page and url to when it was indexed .
