I don't see any marketing potential. This is unfortunate, as it's a really great idea and you can tell tons of popular Blogs (Mashable, Joystiq) have jumped all over this adding small "Buzz This!" widgets. I don't really think it's useful, though, as barely anybody uses it so why would they buzz articles?
I found this thing more interesting than Facebook and other community sites, You don't need to find friends and then add them and Friends have to authorize you to view their comments. Its great, I like this service and following it
I really don't enjoy Google Buzz. I think they want to be same with facebook feature but this is more on private sharing. And worst as twitter.
They are supposed to display tweets in google buzz, so I added my twitter account, but google buzz does not seem to be able to read my tweets.
Thanks for the responses, the one thing that annoys me with google buzz is when you are trying to post, other posts are jumping up and down the screen so you can not type!! I really think this needs sorting Anybody else found anything annoying?
hi, acording to me,Google Buzz was announced on February 9, 2010. It's Google gone social, or "Google's approach to sharing." google buzz have some key features: Auto-following. Rich, fast sharing experience. Public and private sharing. Inbox integration. The link is below the Inbox link in Gmail. Just the good stuff. Filtering out the noise, like Gmail does for mail and Google does for web content. There will also be: Mobile access Real-time comments @replies to inbox Classic conversations mode with less relevant content collapsed thankyou
Google Buzz is another good way to build up your company reputation based on community. You have to have something really interesting and attractive enough to share.
