    What would they do with Twitter?, I used (still do) to think twitter is for people with the wrong brains. I never use it.

    It is very clear that google wants to expand very rapidly, and so it would take even an inorganic route just like it did in the past...

    Wonder, which one is the next target...Can it be DP? :eek: :p

    It wouldn't matter much... except that there would be a few ads on Twitter.

    If Google did acquire Twitter, I don't see Twitter being rebranded as things like GooTwit etc. I think they will leave the name the same (like YouTube) and just find a way to monetize it. Perhaps adding sponsored listings in the search, or perhaps 'sponsored tweets' I really have no idea (and I don't think Twitter does either!)

    As ads2help said Google's going to conquer the Internet. Heck, I read somewhere that Google owns a lot of domains. About 500 domains if I remember correctly.

    That probably won't be good for Twitter users, but for sure Google knows what they are doing :)
