google business locations (removing locations and odd problem with customer)

    Ok so I offer help here and there with people getting there business listed on google business directory. Anyways recently I ran into something where the guy tried to cheat google by having mutliplte listings, for one business with the same number on all of them but different names so he would show up. Anyways I am trying to get all his old listings removed down to one listing. He says that he is not getting any emails, texts, phone calls back from google is there any other way to go around this or any way to fix this. So I can get the old listings removed?
