    Use Revisit Meta Tag. And mentioned the re-indexing day like after how many day Google should Revisit your webpages again.

    Do not bother if traffic dropped for few days, just keep promoting your website in relevant and targeted areas.

    Do you added the Google Verification Code & submitted the Google XML sitemap? What about your Robot.txt file.
