Google Bot Problem

My site already appears on google from long time ago
and the problem is that the last time google bot came into my site was on 18 may

and when I write my sitename (anime-chronicles) in google it appears only on page 2

I believe it suppose to show up on the first page

and I have meta tags on my site
so I really dont know what the problem is

any1 knows?

 

Try these things.

1- Sign up for Webmaster tools in Google and your site verified through this tool.

2- Create a site map via this tool: http://www.xml-sitemaps.com and submit it to Google

3- Sign up for Adsense as use some of their ads (the ones that change depending on your page content) on your pages.

 

Have you given the bot reason to visit you again ? Has your site been updated?

 

I dont know, my site is an imageboard http://anime-chronicles.com
when I upload pictures tags will be also added

 

Have you tried to re-submit your site to google?

btw, should I put the crawl rate speed on faster or on normal?

 

One of the biggest limiting factors I find is when sites less than 6 months old don't have any really high quality backlinks. Until you get quality links Google won't bother crawling your site.

 

I knew that the Google bot crawler is different from Adsense crawler...

isn't it ?

 

The crawler is different but Google has merged them so they can use each others data.
