Can you guys look at my website and tell me if my Leaderboard (728 x 90) will have problem against Google Adsense?

I put a border around the Google Ad on top and I'm not really sure if this is allowed. It's not actually a border it's a rectangle that is part of the header background.

*Note that I didn't modify/change the adsense code.

    Website url on my sig

    Thanks

looks fine with me as well, as long as you don't cover up the ad, I think you are fine
but to be sure, I would read the google TOS ;)

Does this fall under the "other unnatural means to attract attention" TOS rule?

I like the way it looks but I think it brings attention to the ads and you may have an issue.

If it were me, I would lose the border.

lol -- be sure to just attract clicks -- the rules stop allowing changes to the look of google ads once you hit that whole "Click Here" type near the ads or get paid to click lol.

    This won't be an issue

Nothing to worry about, you are not breaking any TOS.
