    Hello all

I thrilled with Google Books (books.google.com) the possibility of finding and reading so many good books online for free (most of the pages of a book) but there is one thing that sucks: we cannot save the pages we view, nor can we print them.

Does anyone know how to trick Google Books to allow page printing or saving?

    Thanks a lot !

I doubt there's any easy way to get it to work. depending on how desperate you are there are some things you could try though.

keep the window open and hit print screen, then open the image in photoshop or whatever and print it. definitely not the best for your printer.

another option would be to printscreen the image then use image to text software (commonly bundled with scanners) to get the image back into "plain text."

sounds like a lot of work to me. why can't you steal like the rest of us, go to a library and xerox the pages you need? ;-)
