    Step 1:
    Go to Google Bookmarks and click on "Create new list"..

    Step 2:
    Fill in the form and make it public. If you don't want to share it, then select private..

    Step 3:
    Enter your website and click "add"..

    Step 4:
    You've just added a bookmark, congrats!
