This was a classic example for Google Bombing before:

First on this search, US President's site was coming up on TOP and as Google recognised, it removed the site. You can now see many sites saying Google removed Bush 's Page.

Yup, I also believe Google decided to take actions on this matter.

Search for Google bomb in Google. You will get tons of articles on it. Most famous example of it was ranking of george bush for failure in google. later it was removed by google.
