Hi, Could anyone give me some tips on how to create a google bomb? I'd like my friend's blog (http://mias-dad.blogspot.com/) to rank number one in the search engines for the search query "mighty penis". It's not a commercial term, so I don't think it'll be too hard. So far, I've asked a few friends to place the link on their blogs, but was hoping someone here could help me get a few more. Cheers, fcmisc.
Google Bomb is easy to make in term of the code. But u need a lots of people Do believe that the Anchor text (i.e. mighty penis) can truly represent your friend. cos u will need a lots links to make it work.
Is gonna be pretty hard for several reasons. First, a few months ago Google changed their algo to specifically combat this. Second, you are competing with 7770 other websites, see http://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=en&q=allinanchor:mighty+penis&btnG=Search Would be easier if you took some words that nobody is competing for, but even than the algo should kick in and make sure it isn't working. Haven't tried it for almost a year, but if it still works it IS fun!
Just thought of another options which I have done myself and would be fairly easy, if you have a well aged/ranked site yourself. Create a presell page! Just create a page on one of your trusted domains, link that page from all pages within your site and put something in the title like: [name friend or name website] has a mighty penis That way if you search for your friends name or website (name is A LOT easier), your website would be listed first and everybody can see from the title that your friend has a mighty penis!
