May be 90% illegal and poor content sites from Pakistan (users) have been banned could probably be a good reason ?
I asked few of my pak friends and they have mentioned their sites run fine with out any issue and no warning of sorts from the google either.

I think its time for google to think what google is really for ? blogging website ? than why they allow ads on facebook ? i still see the ads in my gmail account . anyways its over.

Its not only with respect to India or Pakistan, garbage sites are rejected by google all over ther world, and if you look around in DP and google adsense forums, a large number of applicants are from Europe and US also.

    Hope autoblogging will stop!

Another reason is Ad Placements. It is high time that we start avoiding " Blending the ads too perfectly and keeping them close to navigation" With No surety from digital publishing support system, publishing purely to make them happy makes no sense.

Where is the proof from Google that they banned 90%?

I'm just waiting for the thread creator to post a reference link from a google employee stating that they banned 90%.

We cannot depend on AdSense for our blogging needs, better shift to logo designing and SEO,SEM fields.

Probably, they are making fraud clicks to become Adsense millionaire and Google would have found those clicks from same IP over and over.

Google thinks they are GOD -- I would question if that money ever makes it back to the advertiser! As an adwords advertiser, I certainly never received any credits for 'invalid clicks' - has anyone else?

It is good that google keep the program free from 'fake clickers' or sites that promote it - but there should be some sort of warning or a more detailed description of what the problem actually IS -- But - as GOD (aka: Google) can just pick and choose which accounts to close and offer no recourse to those affected... their whole AdSense program should be avoided. Promote affiliate products, at least when a click is made there is a chance to earn more than the few pennies adsense offers (65% of the advertisers payment is bull-cocky for sure).

    Just my opinion...

There is a warning, it's called their TOS... If people followed them there would be no issue. But does that happen? No it don't... Why should they take the time to give warnings or explanations? If the rules were followed there would be no need to.

Yeah, I agree with the majority of the people on this thread who said that its most likely due to mass fraudulence and low quality. I don't think this was the first similar event; I remember seeing one of these similar threads on DP back.
