About a month back this site was penalized by google with a PageRank penalty also known as "the google bitchslapping". So I decided to write what I learned about this penalty and the possible ways out of it. There are rumors of many google penalties out there. Webmasters out of paranoia write new fairytales everyday. So how do we know this really is a penalty and how do we define it? What's the proof? read the full article here: google bitchslapping
I'm pretty sure that happened to one of my sites this month. Yetifreestuff.com used to get at least 50 visitors a day from google and suddenly it gets none. The site still existes in google but it ranks on the last page for all the keywords that were previously bringing in the visitors.
If they don't say anything in Google Web Master Tools. You don't really know if it's a Google bitch slap or an algorithm change.
I used a tool to "generate" original content which was optimized for the search engines and put it live but hid it from normal users with some iframes and the like. I knew what was going to happen and was doing some testing really - when webmaster tools showed that the site had been penalized I took the "fake" pages down and everything returned to normal in about 2 months. I also hear you can change the registered owner of the URL and apply to google to have any penalties lifted. Not sure about that one though
it's not possible. there are so many websites out there unless it's an automatic system. If so there is always a way to prevent it.
lolol. the most important part we musn't be that MFA bloggers. besides u cld check your pagerank status whether it's true if the site is being penalized.
