Google banning my search engines web sites

Hi guys. I am a newbie at seo and was wondering why google is banning my metasearch web sites that pull results from msn and altavista. I guess they're self building sites linking to more and more of own pages - is that the reason? After google indexed more 50k pages it banned them. I have the same situation with a video script that pulls videos from youtube and creating lots of directories and pages. Thanks.

 

Sounds like you have too big of a site, and too little promotion. You aren't banned for life. Have you looked at your logs? Is the googlebot still coming around? I'd suggest getting some high quality backlinks to your sites.

Thanks Matt, I will take a look at the logs and see. I did not think the web site was banned for good but still is painful .

It almost sounds like the big G thinks your site is like a link farm? So, if it does, they will ban you... but I don't think it's permanent.

 

I agree above pple.. so how old is ur site ?
And how many pages are there in real if your site (approx) ?

 

Yeah it just sounds like you need more backlinks coming to your site.
