    This is wrong if they have banned your site, then under the legally binding TOS that you signed up to then you cannot apply again. It annoys me that so many people think that you can jsut start again once you have been banned. Google do not ban people for fun, but most idiots fail to grasp this point

    you could re-apply if you have ample proof of your "innocent" action otherwise just migrate to other Ad Serving Services!! No Google for U in this lifetime :D
