How is google allowed to jsut keep the $60 that i had in my account wihtout crediting it me when not only is that amount mine but its also only a slice of the amount that they made form the clicks!

I appealed but was simply told my site poses a risk... but any revenue sharing site would pose a risk, im sure digital point poses a risk, dont see them ebing banned

Because Google has a ton of rules and if you are seen to have broken them, they can do what ever they want. It's their program.
My advice would be to chose another program, and to tell your friends to stop clicking the ads.

The "pose a risk" is according to the satistical analysis. If your traffic is higher, then the posibility you get invalid click is lower. Sorry to heard that from your site, you might consider other PPC advertising

Google is supposed to not keep that sixty bucks, their next move after taking it from you is to put it back in the advertisers' account as a credit.

How long did it take you to get that much in clicks? How many clicks did you get? How old is your site?
