Well... this 'something' what you call a blog needs anything that allow Google to name it as blog - it needs content. And it can't be "borrowed" content from another site. You know what is wrong with your 'blog' now?
Adult content is allowed on Blogspot but the blog owner has to take the "adult content warning" in the settings. However adsense cannot be placed on such a blog.
