Site is banned for CP and it is absolutely mistake... there is 2257 and irca on the website and everything that it needs. Someone told me that ban will stay forever... is there any way to make it unban somehow?

Yes. Fix the problem and fill in a form for reconsideration.

Did your organic traffic totally disappeared, as well your site is not indexed in Google? Better investigate thoroughly to see if there's something wrong with your site, there is probably a reason, correct it and request for re-inclusion.

Sorry but the clear answer is NO. If you are banned from Google then you just can make a complain. and it will not be viewed Believe me :)
    thanks

So basically you just lost traffic from google? have you tried the site query for your domain name to make sure it's banned?

good advices, thanks guys but what I am still not sure is where to start? I mean... I will remove any image, video or text or whatever it needs just does someone have an idea who can tell me what to remove? I mean if google can answer it then where to ask ? I made a question at webmasters tools forum but no one answered so far... So I am ready to do everything but what is the first step? Or better question is where is the first step?

Just sign up for webmaster tools and submit a reconsideration request. If it has been done by mistake or the faults have been rectified, then the ban can be lifted.
