Almost no one gets back in. Assume the worst.

I don't think they reply. Before they did, but a lot of jobs have been cut off during the last financial crisis.
Otherwise it could take one week. But most probably never.

In my opinion, please you register a new account from google, so don't invalid click anymore..
We must work hard to get much earning...

If you will use the same domain, address or your name then they will ban it 100%. So only option is to go with fake information.

its pointless to apply if you know you have generated fake clicks. I think the best option would be to go for a new account .

For you, it's no reason but for google there is. Maybe someone keeps on clicking your ads.

Usually, you won't get it back. Good game, move on. Find new alternatives to monetize your site

Can you please recommend another advertiser that could pay good sump of money just like adsense? I heard chitika and infolinks is quite good. Can I combine them in my site?

You can now forget about Adsense replying you with the answer as they already stated they WILL NOT reply to such inquiry.
Although if you have sister, wife etc, sign up again under their name and start again. This time, play safe. DONT DO anything stupid if you are not sure the outcome.

Not that I know of, although it is a good time to try affiliate programs or CPA.
