Hi, just wondering about a possible google ban. When a site gets manually banned, its pagerank goes suddenly to 0 or does it take more days to do so? Thank you
Is it your index.html that you've lost pr on? All my internal pages went from PR4 to 0 seems the last PR update didn't work, possibly due to all the other crappy algo changes google are making.
the site i'm talking about has been sandboxed for months, and made his way into the serps just 10 days ago. yesterday, it suddenly dissapeared. Any explanation for this?
yes it was sandboxed but then was indexed completely after some months. Disappeared after 10 days of being sandboxed. Strange isn't it?
Where/How could I go about doing that? I think every time i've tried to find out, I got lost on Googles site and side tracked to something else..
Falco, What have you done to your site that might have gotten you banned? Ie keyword stuffing or link networks. just undo it an google will forgive you quickly. I have gotten baned and unbanned several times. Google is very forgiven if you can figure out why you are being banned PM me your url and I'll take a look
banned means 0 results for site: query or simply if its not working btw, what means sandboxed? when you with Pr5 site compete with PR7? not good p.s. got fenomens getting to top n1 spot with link exchanges only and 5 page site (no unique contet) for 50k searched phrases
sandboxed is a myth that bad SEO's use to explain why they can't get their new sites listed. I just got my new domain seobook.org.uk listed #4 for seo book only took a week to get a page 1 listing proving that the sanbox does not exist as you can see it is just over 2 weeks old but list #4 now http://www.google.com/search?btnG=Google+Search&hl=en&q=seo+book&safe=active
LOL you read it somewhere so that makes it true? LOL That is another Myth. Why would google boost new sites? to help the spammers LOL How many page 1 listing do you have? I have several #1 listings In Fact I won $500 today for being #1 for carcaserdotcom seocontest that make 4 months in a row I have won the monthly prize for google #1 spot. Why don't you go out and beat me if your so smart. LOL I also have a page 2 listing for online casinos one of the toughest keywords I'll get in to the top of page 1 soon. what have you got listed ? LOL Have you had a Casino site ask you to help with SEO? LOL when you can get page 1 listings quickly and keep them then you can ask that question. So what makes you think you know what your talking about? Did you read some SEO articles? LOL or did you do like I do test google and find out how she works. If I read something I don't believe it until I test it. The sandbox does not exist just bad SEO's making mistakes and getting penilized didn't your read about the 200+ quailty checks google makes (google said this so you should be able to belive it) that 200 plus ways to get penilized. very easy to get penilized. but that puts you in the penilty box not the sandbox Don't believe everything your read not everyone knows what they are talking about. I test everything. Watch seobook.org.uk it will not drop #4 in 2 weeks doesn't that say I know something. Before the year is over I will be #1 When are you going to challenge a expert? LOL How about trying to get listed #1 for Coolest guy on the planet another one of my research projects already page 1 for coolest guy I just started on it a week ago. LOL not a big priority for me.
I don't pretend to be a SEO expert, and I don't really know if sandbox exists or not. My experience with my sites is that a 70% of them get their 1st page indexed in 2 or 3 days, with the indexing crawler. Deeper crawling takes at least 1 month (I've seen google using 2 different kinds of crawlers on my sites for this purpose). An "unlucky" 30% of them, usually when ranking for tough keywords, suffer of the "sandbox" stuff. That is, I've got one of my sites with not even the index page getting indexed, that suddenly got indexed fully after 8 months. Though it disappeared after 10 days. I think that SERPS have got like a "limit" so if there are too many sites there is a queue to get indexed, and some sites for reasons I don't know get deindexed to leave place to other sites in the queue. This is just my personal opinion so.. don't take it as true
