    no Google will not ban for that, most of the people are using that type of softwares,
    there are mainly to reason for google adsense ban
    (1) Fraud Clicks
    (2) Multiple Accounts

    Instead of submitting the site to search engines, concentrate on link building activities. First of all get unique content that entertains the visitors.
