Ok. If it's someone trying to sabotage you with invalid clicks, they're probably using proxies to click your ads. Now, if they are using a botnet, youre screwed. However, I doubt you're ranking up for "buy viagra" or anything that someone who had a botnet would bother with. Which means they'd use proxies from the internet. 95%+ of proxies send a header to the webserver, that includes the field called "via", that is completely unique to proxies. So what you do is, you take a look at the header they send your webserver, using PHP, and if you see that variable, tell your server not to display AdSense, since it's most likely someone trying to torment your account.
Wow, this is the first person at digital point that I actually agree with. How about this? Post your damn site, so we can take a look. This is the third request for it. The fact that you won't post it makes you look guilty and running a crooked site, hence why google banned you.

One of my friend also banned after earning $800 google told he had used software to generate clicks. But he doesn't use any software for getting clicks. Why google is doing this type of things i don't know.
