How to check if the website is banned from google search results? (or just being not yet indexed or included in search results)

Try typing in the URL in the search box. If your site doesn't come up, it is either banned or not indexed yet...

To check whether the site is Ban or not we can check it by writing the url.
But if you want to check whether your site is ban for a particular key phrase then check:
    allinanchor:keyphrase

If your site is having good ranking over there, then it means you are ban for that keyphrase.

    !!! Enjoy !!!

Yea I know that, but it happens that even after your website has already been indexed, it could suddenly disappear!
So I'm trying to find out the way to know that for sure.
    If someone knows it :)

there is a different message displayed by google which tells you whether the domain is banned or whether it just hasnt been indexed.

when you type a banned domain into search you get the following:
for a domain that has not been indexed you get

notice how it asks you if the URL is valid for a domain that has not been indexed yet. For the banned domain it just says no information available.

    Great.
Thanks a lot AmitDobhal and amnezia!

So by typing allinanchor:keyphrase you see websites being banned for this keyphrase?

Update: one more question. Where to read more about that? How do you know AmitDobhal that command shows banned websites for some keywords?

    Thanks.

I have been wondering about my seamless gutter site just-gutters.com
it was owned at one time by someone else. I have had it up for over a month now and have not been indexed by google yet. I have been indexed by yahoo and msn and did great with position.

acordding to the above I ran a check and it seems just-gutters.com is banned how do you get ban taken off?

    1st time i checked i got

@ intruth at first read google guidelines and check if your website hasn't any forbidden things (like hide links or text). Then make a request for reindexing of your website.
