Google ban domain question

I'm in the market of buying a domain recently. I used "digpagerank" and it appears the PR is fair and real.

Now what else do I need to check as far as the domain isn't "bad"? Is there any way check this domain isn't "banned"?

Also, how do I check it has strong links or not?

Yes, you can use backlinkwatch.com to have an overview of the backlinks.

You do not need to worry if the domain is banned You can always send Google a reinclusion request stating you are the new owner of the domain and have done your best to make sure that the site conforms to the guidelines

 

If the site is banned, it won't be listed in Google at all.

Just go to Google & search site:domainname.com or site:www.domainname.com & if you see anything listed, the site isn't banned.

And yes, you can always apply for reinclusion if it has been banned. So not a big deal ~

you can search the indexed pages of on google.

if it has indexed pages, that means it's not banned from google
