    What is the best way to get Google backlinks? I am trying to increase my page ranking for ad sponsorship and have no Google backlinks. I have registered with some directories and search engines and still no Google backlinks.

    Google do not show all of your backlinks with the parameter link:yoursitename.com
    To see all your backlinks, use Yahoo or Google Webmaster Service .
    P.S. Also Cheap Seo Services (Col) can help you to get some good backlinks through his service.

    take link partnership with similar sites with your site. that should increase your backlinks..

    - Do link exchanges with related sites.
    - Do directory submission, either article, site, and blog.
    - Put links in forum signatures.

    Google doesn't show the details of backlink. You can type your site name like http://www.yourdomain.com to check which site is linking to your site.
