there is a vast diffrence in google back link(show only 2 link) and yahoo back link(shows around 98 link).Is there any criteria to consider a link from site as a link.

Google don't update their backlinks as often as Yahoo either. Yahoo can spot a backlink at a thousand paces whereas Google are a bit more picky!
I read somewhere (I think) that google only shows backlinks if they have a PR of 3 or 4 or above. That was a few months I read that and I cannot remember where though.
Google display only a small portion of your links but you can see more on google webmaster tools and google updates its backlinks every three months.
totally false.....google only shows a small sample of your links....a random sample...use the google webmasters tools or just check your backlinks with Yahoo. Google spiders more of the internet than Yahoo so if Yahoo finds it, then its a sure that Google also found it...
