    At the left side you can see the picture that'what google Authorship is about. Basically, you can download Google Authorship plugin and add your Google + url!

    You need to put website URL at your Google+ contributor link area and also need to link your content to your Google plus profile. You'll able to get author's information at search result by following this simple technique.
