Is it the one with the urls listed below. If so be very happy it means google rates your sites as one of the top sites in that topic

Do you mean to say that authority listing means sitewide links? BTW, my site has got those links during the last quarter update :)

Those are not authority listings, they are just SiteLinks. From the Google webmaster tool description:

Sitelinks are additional links Google sometimes generates from site contents in order to help users navigate your site. Google generates these sitelinks periodically from your site's contents.

Because we generate sitelinks dynamically, this list can change from time to time.

Sitelinks are completely automated, and we show them only if we think they'll be useful to the user. If your site's structure doesn't allow our algorithms to find good sitelinks, or we don't think that the sitelinks are relevant to the user's query, we won't show them. However, we are always working to improve how we find and display sitelinks.

LOL, no I just copied and pasted that from Google's site from the webmaster tools.

I don't think it makes your site more valuable, but it appears to be a reflection that google feels your site is more valuable. Chances are, google just recognized that it was sending a lot of clicks to those pages, and determined on it's own that those were popular pages. So they created SiteLinks for them.

It's not going to get you anything other than more visitors - oh wait, that's probably what you wanted ;)
