I do not know how I describe the terms of reference. I have today about activities and events setup: Outlook locally on the PC to control the Calendar, Email and Contacts. The sykronisere with Google apps where I have my domain so I use it instead of the Exchange server. In addition, I also get my calendar, email and contacts onto my phone. And also if I change the contacts that it comes back to Google and then to Outlook. The task then is to use number 2, do the same, but with the slight difference that we must have the same contacts.
