    Hi. If anyone please can suggest me Google API that returns list of backlinks, but not just few backlinks that shown only in Google, if there is possibility to see all of them that you can see in Google Webmaster Tools?
    Also if possible to see pr of linked page and its OBL.

    I haven't heard about such kind of google's API. Sorry I can't provide any list but whenever I get such list I will of course share the list in this thread.
