Google API Key

    I downloaded the script from http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/search/. I am wondering if this script will work with Google AJAX Search API. I noticed that Google SOAP Search API is no longer issuing new API keys. I need a search engine that works on PHP server.

    Please advise.
